Our selection ranges from VAR professional kits to Park Tool alternatives perfect for weekend warriors. Product descriptions clearly indicate intended use – we won’t sell you a track pump when you need workshop-grade pressure!
Do you carry complete tool kits or just individual pieces?
Both! Our Transmission tool bundles are particularly popular for workshop stocking, while singles like headset presses or brake bleed kits let you replace just what’s worn out.

Why two shipping options?
Just like choosing between a multi-tool or full workshop setup, we offer:
– Express (12.95): When that weekend ride can’t wait (1-2 day processing + 10-15 day delivery)
– Free Standard: For planned builds (15-25 days, orders over £50)
Do you really ship worldwide?
Yes! Except for some remote regions and parts of Asia where import fees get complicated. Our checkout automatically calculates any additional charges – no nasty surprises when your bottom bracket tool arrives!

What payment methods do you accept?
All major cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) plus PayPal. We don’t store your details – security is as important as proper torque settings!
Can I create an account to track orders?
Currently we operate checkout-as-guest, but every order gets full tracking via DHL, FedEx, or EMS. Just save your confirmation email!

What’s your return policy?
15 days from delivery for unused items (yes, we can tell if that chain whip has been used!). Email [email protected] – we’ll talk derailleurs while processing your return.
My brake tool doesn’t fit – now what?
First, check the product specs against your calliper model. If it’s our mistake, we’ll cover return shipping. Found a better price? We’ll try to match it if you provide details within the return window.

While our mechanic-approved packaging includes basic instructions, we recommend manufacturer manuals for complex tools like headset presses. Our team can point you to resources if you email us!
Why don’t you ship workshop stands?
Even DHL draws the line at 30kg boxes! These are available for local pickup at our Leeds address (39 Kirkgate) – call ahead and we’ll have it ready.
