Note on Non-Returnable Items: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened lubrication products (the bicycle equivalent of toothpaste – you can’t put it back in the tube)
- Custom or special order tools (these are made to your specifications like a bespoke frame)
- Any items showing signs of installation or use (we can tell if a wrench has been turned, just like you can spot a used chainring)

- Package Securely: Repack the item in its original packaging with all included materials (tools deserve proper protection).
- Ship It Back: Send the package to our Leeds workshop using a tracked service (we recommend the same care you’d use shipping a carbon frame).
- Inspection: We’ll check the item upon arrival (with the precision of checking bearing play).
- Refund or Exchange: Once approved, we’ll process your refund or ship your replacement.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect (in which case we’ll cover the costs like a good warranty). For exchanges, we’ll cover the outbound shipping of your replacement item.
Refund Timeline & Methods
Once we receive and inspect your return:
